This Blueberry Chickpea with Rosemary Infant Nourishment Puree is a superfood combo to be dealt with! It’s pressed with cell reinforcements, fiber, Nutrient An and C from the blueberries and protein, zinc, manganese, folate, and iron from the chickpeas. The entirety of that integrity pressed into a too straightforward and delightful puree!
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup chickpeas, strained and flushed
pinch fresh rosemary, coarsely cleaved
In a blender or nourishment processor, include the blueberries, chickpeas, and rosemary.
For a smooth stage 2 puree, puree on high for 1-2 minutes or until completely smooth, including 1 tbsp of water at once to accomplish this consistency.
For a thick stage 3 puree, beat for 10 seconds one after another, scratching drawbacks each 30 seconds and halting when you have wanted consistency, including 1 tbsp of water at once to accomplish this consistency.

Storage: Fridge – store in an airtight container in the ice chest for 3-4 days. Cooler – can be solidified for as long as multi-month (this and this are my preferred cooler stockpiling holders).
