WINTER POMEGRANATE SALAD W/ ORANGE VINAIGRETTE

I trust all of you have a magnificent, unwinding, and a blissful break from the entirety of the hecticness of life and invest bunches of energy with loved ones that are liberated from PDAs and email and work.

Fixings

FOR DRESSING:

1/3 cup of balsamic vinegar

2/3 cup of olive oil

1/3 cup of squeezed orange (ideally newly pressed)

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1/2 teaspoon of crisply ground dark pepper

discretionary: 1 teaspoon of orange get-up-and-go

FOR Plate of mixed greens:

4 cups of spinach

4 cups of arugula

1/2 of a pomegranate

1/3 cup of walnuts or pecans

3 tablespoons of goat cheddar, disintegrated

Directions

FOR THE DRESSING:

Consolidate the entirety of the fixings in a sealable compartment. Spread firmly with the cover and shake overwhelmingly until the entirety of the fixings is very much joined.

FOR THE Plate of mixed greens:

Gap the lettuces equally onto 2 plates. Top with the pomegranate, nuts, and goat cheddar.

Pour the dressing uniformly over every plate of mixed greens (around 2 tablespoons every serving of mixed greens).
