In a shallow dish or pie plate, blend Bisquick blend, Italian improving, and Parmesan cheddar. In another shallow dish or pie plate, beat egg. Coat chicken with Bisquick blend, by then dunk into the egg and coat again with Bisquick blend.

In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium warmth. Set chicken; cook 4 to 6 minutes, turning once, until unfathomable dull stowed away.
