Mustard-stuffed chicken


This is so great we’d be astonished if this chicken filet formula doesn’t turn into a firm top choice. Spare it to your My Good Food accumulation and appreciate.


125g ball mozzarella attacked little pieces

50g strong cheddar, ground

1 tbsp wholegrain mustard

4 skinless boneless chicken bosom filets

8 smoked streaky bacon rashers


Warmth stove to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6. Blend the cheeses and mustard together. Cut a cut into the side of every chicken bosom, at that point stuff with the mustard blend. Wrap each stuffed chicken bosom with 2 bacon rashers – not very firmly, yet enough to hold the chicken together. Season, place on a baking sheet and broil for 20-25 mins.
