Preheat the broiler to 400 degrees F.
Heat the sweet potatoes straightforwardly on the rack for 40-50 minutes. They’re done once a fork can without much of a stretch be penetrated into the focal point of the potato and within is delicate.
Chop a cut down the focal point of the sweet potato around 2/3 of the route down. Marginally mush within the potato.
