Hot Chocolate With Marshmallow On A Stick

½ cup heavy cream(120 mL)

¾ cup condensed milk(225 g)

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips(350 g)

¾ cup marshmallow(40 g), bits

20 popsicle sticks
