Simple and scrumptious Vegetarian Protein Bars!
3/4 cup of dates, pitted and gently pressed
1 cup of regular nut margarine (a drippy kind is ideal)
1/2 cup of flax seed supper
1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut pieces
2 teaspoons of vanilla concentrate
1/4 cup of coconut oil, liquefied
2 tablespoons of maple syrup or nectar
1/2 cup of plant-based protein powder
3–6 oz of dim chocolate (this just relies upon the amount you need), some for top and some for the base of bars
Put the entirety of your fixings (Short the chocolate) into a nourishment processor and procedure until completely joined. You’ll know it’s prepared once you can fold the blend into a ball and it remains together effectively. (if necessary, you can include more nut margarine, maple syrup, or natural product to the blend to make it stay together)
When the blend is prepared, dump it all in a square dish. I utilized an 8×8 dish.
Presently, this is significant: You have to squeeze it ALL in there great. It should be pleasant and tight and minimized in the dish.
Chill in the cooler for around 30 minutes.
Liquefy dull chocolate and pour over top.
Refrigerate for an extra 30 minutes or until the chocolate has completely dried.
When the chocolate is completely solidified, cut out your bars (in whatever size you so want). Getting the principal bar out of the container may be somewhat chaotic. Be that as it may, the rest will turn out fine and dandy.
Whenever wanted, shower chocolate over the top of the opposite side of the bars, let chocolate solidify, and Appreciate!
