Cucumber Fish Cups –delicious, new hors d’oeuvre that looks and taste incredible, be it a tidbit or a supper. Blend of the crunchy cucumber, cream fish and avocado are a match made in paradise!
3/4 English cucumber
6 oz. can of tuna drained
1 Tbsp mayonnaise can be supplanted with 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
3-4 Tbsp cheddar cheddar
2-3 Tbsp chopped green onion optional
1/4 avocado cut into lumps
Salt and Pepper to taste
In a bowl combine, 6 oz depleted fish, 1 tbsp mayonnaise, 3-4 tbsp cheddar, 2-3 tbsp green onion (if utilizing), salt and pepper. Mix until everything is very much joined.
Cut cucumbers into 2/3 of an inch to 1-inch pieces. Utilizing a Melon Hotshot or a teaspoon, cut out space about/14 inch down. This is simply to keep the filling set up. At that point utilizing a Little Treat Scoop or a spoon fill every cucumber cup with about a tablespoon of the filling.
