enormous apple or pear, cut into reduced down pieces
enormous stalk celery, cut
cup raisins or peanuts, whenever wanted
cup diminished fat farm serving of mixed greens dressing or mayonnaise
cup Cheerios™ or MultiGrain Cheerios™ oat, marginally squashed
In a medium bowl, blend apple, celery, raisins, and dressing until mixed. Refrigerate until spending time in jail.
Just before serving, mastermind lettuce leaves in 4 serving of mixed greens bowls or on plates. Spoon apple blend over lettuce. Top each presenting with 1/4 cup grain. Serve right away.
