Rich Tomato Serving of mixed greens is best made with crisp, legacy tomatoes, heaps of basil and sweet onion.
2 cups sliced tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped basil leaves
1/2 sweet onion cut the long way
2 –4 Tbsp mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Cut the tomatoes down the middle, at that point cut every half into little scaled-down pieces. Cut the two parts of the bargains (root and stem side) presently cut the onion the long way.
Hack basil leaves into meager strips.
