Coconut Chai-Winter Warmers

13.5 fl oz coconut milk(400 g), 1 tin

1 ⅔ cups water(400 mL)

2 tablespoons sugar

2 bags chai tea

1 cinnamon stick

2 shots dark rum

Readiness

Include the coconut milk, water, and sugar to a pot. Mix, and bring to bubble.

Turn down the warmth and include the chai tea sacks and cinnamon stick. Soak for 5 minutes at a low warmth.

Include two shots of rum and stew for a further 2-3 minutes.
