Milk and Honey: To every one of four 16-ounce containers, include 1/2 cup oats, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 tablespoon nectar, and 2/3 milk. Spread; shake to join. Refrigerate.

Blueberry-Coconut: To every one of four 16-ounce containers, include 1/2 cup oats, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 tablespoon nectar, and 3/4 cup coconut milk. Spread; shake to consolidate and refrigerate. To serve, mix 1/4 teaspoon lemon get-up-and-go into each container and top with blueberries.

Brownie Batter: To every one of four 16-ounce containers, include 1/2 cup oats, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 tablespoon nectar, 2/3 milk, 1 tablespoon, and cocoa powder. Spread; shake to consolidate and refrigerate. In the wake of drenching, mix 1 tablespoon chocolate-hazelnut spread into each container; top with hazelnuts.
