Fixings

5 cups butternut squash, destroyed and gently pressed of abundance dampness

2 large eggs or 2 flax eggs for a veggie lover (2 tablespoons of flax meal + 5 tbs water)

1 tablespoon fresh thyme, crisply hacked

2/3 cup flour

1/2 teaspoon fine ocean salt and Crisply ground dark pepper

Olive oil for fricasseeing

Guidelines

In a bowl, join the destroyed squash, eggs, thyme, flour and salt, and pepper. Blend until consolidated.

Taking around 1/4 cup at once, press out any abundance dampness and structure the player into circles.

In a huge skillet, heat around 1 tablespoon of oil until simply hot. Include the wastes and cook for around 3-4 minutes on each side. You need them to be a decent brilliant darker on each side and beginning to get very firm around the edges.
