Asian Side Salad


This Asian Side Serving of mixed greens is as adaptable as the name recommends – it’s a marvelous new plate of mixed greens that will match with any Asian nourishment!



1 tbsp soy sauce (light or universally handy, not dull soy)

3 tbsp peanut oil (or canola, vegetable or other nonpartisan oil)

2 tbsp rice vinegar (sub juice vinegar)

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp brown sugar

1 tsp ginger, minced

1 clove garlic, minced

Serving of mixed greens:

120 g /4oz blended verdant serving of mixed greens

250 g /8oz cherry tomatoes, divided

1/2 red onion, finely cut

1/4 cup crispy singed shallots (Note 1)


Shake Dressing fixings in a container.

Spot Serving of mixed greens fixings aside from seared shallots in a bowl. Sprinkle with Dressing and hurl.

Sprinkle with singed shallots and served right away!
