This Green Pea Hummus for Child + Toddler can be filled in as a puree or as an enjoyment and solid plunge for little children! Loaded up with peas, chickpeas, olive oil, turmeric and a sprinkle of lemon juice.
1 cup peas, fresh or solidified, defrosted
1 cup canned chickpeas, drained and flushed
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
In a nourishment processor or blender, place the peas, chickpeas and turmeric and heartbeat to join. Turn the machine on and gradually include the lemon juice and olive oil from the top spot. Keep on pureeing for 1-2 minutes or until you have arrived at your ideal consistency, rejecting drawbacks varying.
Age: 6+ months. Extraordinary filled in as a smooth puree, thick puree just as an infant drove weaning or little child plunge.
Yield: 2 cups
Storage: Fridge – store in an airtight container in the ice chest for 3-4 days. Cooler – can be solidified for as long as 4 months (this and this are my preferred cooler stockpiling holders).
